With this weather the only run I'll be doing tomorrow will be on the faithful watt bike.Torture on Thursday night,not because the bike was any harder but that big telly in front of the bike had east enders on it .Have to speak to Iain about getting some cycling DVDs on.

Missing all the good weather ????? Where.I was out Sat and Sun .On Sat I had to get off and walk as the road was to dangerous then spent about 5 minutes trying to get snow out of my cleats (painful) .And yesterday anything but the main roads were a no go .Day off today not even the watt bike will tempt me
