Help request

Postby Colin Sim » Tue Jul 20, 2010 7:41 pm

I require some helpers to enable me to run the ADCA Coffee Pot 50 mile time trial on Sunday 15th August

I would be very grateful if you can spare a little of your time to help at the event.

Please can you get back to me well in advance if you can help. I almost cancelled the Furneaux Trophy because most folk left it until the last few days to offer their help. Whilst I am very grateful, it helps if I can have all posts filled at least 1 week before the event.

I require the following marshals at the approx. times indicated.

Sign on - 07:00 to 08:00
Start Marshal / Pusher Off 08:00 to 08:30
Newtonhill turn 1 - 08:10 to 08:40
Newtonhill turn 2 - 08:10 to 08:40
Bridge of Dee turn - 08:30 to 09:00
Crathes Bridge 1 - 09:00 to 10:45
Crathes Bridge 2 - 09:00 to 10:45
Banchory turn - 09:05 to 09:35
Drumoak turn - 09:10 to 09:40

Thanks in advance

I'm REALLY struggling for volunteers to help with this District event. I have 3 and need a minimum of 8.

Can anyone spare an hour or two of their time on Sunday 15th August.

If you want to ride out to a marshal position, I can arrange for bibs and signs to be dropped off.

Hi guys
Unfortunately I've had to pull out of helping at Coffee Pot
Late notification of family commitments ~~ I'll be in N Lincs most of that week

This leaves a hole in Colin's team at the NEWTONHILL turn
Can anybody assist???
This is one area where you can get finished early if you have other commitments

It is a District Championship and should not be jeopordised
